KBT&F filed a lawsuit on February 3, 2009 on behalf of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia ("MSLO") against TurboChef Technologies, Inc ("TurboChef"), a leading manufacturer of high-speed ovens.  The complaint, filed in New York State Supreme Court, alleges that TurboChef has breached its contract with MSLO for the use of the names and likenesses of Martha Stewart and celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse.  KBT&F partners Marc Kasowitz, Daniel Benson and Aaron Marks are leading MSLO's representation.
