American Media Agrees To Settle KBT&F Client Source Interlink's Antitrust Claims

antitrust claims
KBT&F brought on their behalf against American Media Inc. (
"AMI
") and Distribution Services, Inc
., AMI’s in-store magazine marketing and merchandising company
. The
February 27, 2009 settlement assures Source of access to the full range of AMI magazine products
, including
National Enquirer,
Star, and
Shape magazines.
Source had earlier settle
d its claims against Time Inc. and Time/Warner Retail Sales & Marketing Inc.
The action continues against the other defendants. KBT&F partners Marc Kasowitz, Daniel Benson, Hector Torres and Maria Gorecki are leading Source's representation.
