KBT&F clients Source Interlink Distribution, L.L.C. and Source Interlink Companies, Inc. ("Source") filed an amended complaint on April 10, 2009 in their ongoing antitrust suit alleging that leading magazine publishers and their distributors conspired to force Source out of the wholesale single-issue magazine market.  The amended complaint alleges additional details concerning the antitrust conspiracy and adds two new defendants -- Michael R. Roscoe and his magazine distribution consulting firm, MR Consulting Services LLC, alleging that they were co-conspirators with other defendants and conduits through which aspects of the conspiracy were effected.  Of the original 10 defendants, 9 have settled with Source.  Bauer Publishing Co., L.P. is the remaining original defendant.  KBT&F partners Marc Kasowitz, Daniel Benson, Hector Torres and Maria Gorecki are leading Source's representation.
