Michael is an associate in the firm’s insurance recovery practice. Michael has substantial experience representing policyholders in insurance coverage disputes concerning first-party property and business interruption claims, commercial general liability, builders risk, and directors and officers professional liability. He has handled litigation involving hurricane damage, structural collapses, construction equipment failures, class action lawsuits, policy rescission, waiver of the attorney-client and work product privileges, bad faith and late notice. Michael also has experience handling complex commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract and tort claims, securities claims and real estate claims. He has litigated cases in state and federal trial courts nationwide.
