Matthew Feinman’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has participated in the representation of public and private companies, including two publicly-traded companies in pursuit of RICO and common-law claims against various entities who maintained short interests in the company and a privately-held company in connection with a grand jury investigation conducted by the United States Attorney's Office (S.D.N.Y.) and related civil litigation.
