Margaret A. Ziemianek concentrates her practice on state and federal complex business litigation, including matters involving contract disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, intra-corporate disputes, antitrust, trade secrets, and business torts.  Maggie also has experience handling employment-related matters and a variety of other civil litigation matters, involving free speech claims, intellectual property rights, real property disputes, and professional malpractice claims.  She has handled all phases of litigation, including initiating and defending lawsuits, motion practice, discovery, settlement, mediation, representation at trial and arbitration, and appeals in federal and state courts.  Maggie has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2016.  Maggie was also listed as a “Rising Star” in the 2010-2015 editions of Northern California Super Lawyers.  She was also featured as one of the publication’s 2012 “Top Women Attorneys in Northern California.”
