Kelly Johnson specializes in complex civil matters, including commercial litigation and insolvency and bankruptcy litigation. Her commercial practice focuses on litigation of business torts and contract disputes, and she has extensive trial experience in state and federal court. In insolvency matters and bankruptcy litigation, Kelly has represented corporations, partnerships, and individuals, as well as served as counsel for creditors' committees, trustees, and financial institutions, in and out of bankruptcy court. She has also been involved in negotiating workouts from the standpoint of both the creditor and the debtor. Kelly is a member of the International Women in Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation and has served on the board of the Georgia Network for several years.
