The firm’s intellectual property group has been featured in Corporate Counsel’s Top 10 IP Litigation Wins of 2011 for its representation of Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Inc. In February, 2011, less than two months before a scheduled patent infringement trial, the firm, on behalf of Hitachi, obtained a ruling from a Delaware judge invalidating a patent that MagSil asserted against Hitachi and that was to be the subject of the trial.
