Joseph H. Lee is an associate in the firm’s intellectual property group.  Mr. Lee’s practice focuses on patent litigation involving a wide range of technologies, including those involved in the internet, semiconductor, networking, telecommunications, and software industries.  Mr. Lee has experience managing all phases of patent litigation, including early-phase case assessment, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, and trial.

While at Columbia Law School, Mr. Lee was Technical Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.  Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Lee worked as a systems engineer at Hughes Space & Communications and a software developer for a private company focused on reverse-logistics enterprise software.
