Frank DiCarlo’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Mr. DiCarlo most recently represented a publicly-traded multi-national insurance and reinsurance company in a multi-billion dollar RICO action against entities that maintained short positions in the company through, among other things, credit default swaps. He also devotes time to pro bono cases including a recent case where he was tasked with securing child support.
