Kasowitz clients, the Source Interlink companies, have settled the antitrust claims Kasowitz brought on their behalf against American Media Inc. ("AMI") and Distribution Services, Inc., AMI’s in-store magazine marketing and merchandising company. The February 27, 2009 settlement assures Source of access to the full range of AMI magazine products, including National Enquirer, Star, and Shape magazines. Source had earlier settled its claims against Time Inc. and Time/Warner Retail Sales & Marketing Inc. The action continues against the other defendants. Kasowitz partners Marc Kasowitz, Daniel Benson, Hector Torres and Maria Gorecki are leading Source's representation.
